Life As Of Lately...

Howdy Folks, 

I'm sorry that I have been a royal slacker when it comes to blogging, but this is me making a fatal attempt to get back into this. 

Married life is awesome. We seriously play ALL. DAY. LONG. (okay so maybe after work we play lol) I have been trying to make dinners and be domestic, but it's actually really hard to make meals for two! :( Does anyone else have this problem??? I also find it difficult to DECORATE!! I used to think what would make my home look BEAUTIFUL, but now I have stumbled upon a decorators block! My home may be small, but it is finally starting to become a H-O-M-E!! 

We love to watch TV shows. Currently we (mostly me) are watching lots of TV SHOWS!!

OLDIES: 

-Dawson's Creek (Classic Love Story!)

-How I Met Your Mother (SO FUNNY)

-One Tree Hill (such a classic, I am re-watching it with B!!)

NEWIES:

-Nashville (LOVING RIGHT NOW)
-The Voice (Adam Levine, & Blake Shelton in one TV show, HOLLAH!)
-Glee (forever a Gleek, Always A Gleek)

This past month:

Ate lots of good food (current fave is Peppers Cantina)

Purchased Taylor Swift's New CD: RED :)

Saw Thriller (3 years in a row baby)

Had a new nephew born Benson Edward Heid 

Celebrated Heather's Birthday

Road trip to Phoenix, AZ

Road Trip to Logan, UT for M. Pratt's Wedding! (Beautiful)

Saw the new Brigham City, UT Temple

Got our wedding pictures back! LOVEEEEE

Attempted to finish Thank You Cards... keyword: ATTEMPTED

Watched General Conference

Attended our first married ward Trick or Trunk

Bought my first pair of RED skinny jeans

Got my haircut

Watched Aub's Powderpuff Game

Tried massage chairs at Boulevard
Test Drove a Kia Optima 2013 :)

Played Just Dance 4... and 3 :)

Attended the Manti, UT temple for Hmoat

and many more activities...

Yahoo! We got hitched, and have loved being married ever since 9.1.2012.

We came home from our honeymoon and our front doorstep and door was decorated BEAUTIFULLY by my lovely little ladies across the street! LOVE THEM. 

Brandon and I both work 5 days a week, so when we come home from work, 

we usually just eat, rest, watch tv, occasional chores, and then go to bed! haha 

We are starting to decorate our home and have built a coffee table (for our soda's of course) and have built a nightstand from the box! We have hung some pictures, and done some organizing of the kitchen gadgets.. But all comes better with time! 

We are still waiting for our wedding pictures to get here, or else this post would have been filled with wedding photos! :) 

I am getting excited for some upcoming trips around the holidays. For instance, I am going home this next weekend to help with the annual Senior Fall Classic. :) I love working those! 

Next weekend, I am going up to Logan, UT to witness my dear friend Morgan get married!! 

Hmoat and Ran-day are going to accompany me with the drive (till we drop R off at her seester's) 

November 3rd, I am then going to go to Manti, UT to witness Heather-Heath take out her endowments. I CANNOT WAIT TO HAVE A TEMPLE SESSION BUDDY, 

at least for a little while before she moves! 

Thanksgiving this year is going to be action packed! 

Natalie, Christel and family are going to be here in St. George for turkey day, and best of all..

BLACK FRIDAY!!! 

Already thinking of the things we can get at Target during Black Friday! :)

Then we are OFF to Colorado to witness a sealing of our good friends Jarad and Ashley

to their baby girl Addison for time and all eternity!

Christmas this year is with my fam (yay!!) and will get to meet little man Heid that is being born end of october/beginning of november, participating in the annual Heid Gingerbread contest, 

(already have our idea suckers!) 

and maybe seeing the temple lights at the Mesa AZ Temple!

Well, folks, I know that this post wasnt really anything more than me writing down

 what IS GOING to happen, rather than an update of what HAS happened. :)

Well Folks, here goes nothing...

I, Tiana Heid (almost Eves), am going to attempt to blog.

I have tried/failed this many times before..

but I am sensing something different with this one. 

I have been feeling domestic and more "wifey" than usual

and I feel that "blogging" comes with that terrain. 

I am sitting on the couch, watching Dawson's Creek via Netflix, and patiently waiting for this flu-bug to pass. I chat with friends via text and wait for my mom to call and check in on me, and I wonder what it will be like to be a married woman. 

That's right, I will be a married woman in eighteen days.
